Therefore, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received. For our products, they must be sealed and in fully saleable condition. They must also be returned with the original box.
When we receive the item(s), our returns department ensures that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure it is eligible for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. We process most refunds the same day they are received, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account. This rarely takes that long, but it can occasionally happen for reasons such as bank delays, technical glitches, or errors during the refund process.

How do I get a refund?
After confirming the receipt of the refund request, we will return the amount to your bank account.
If the item is returned through one of our branches, the same amount will be refunded there.
